If possible I would have given something lower than this. Totally unsatisfied by their service. The sales person gives you promise and offer that they never fulfill. I didn't take their 3 months insurance which they were trying to bring down my throat forcefully. And guess what they gave me a car which: 1) was as dirty as it could get(Not at all cleaned) 2) Just after I did all the documentation of the car, I found that the AC belt was making a lot of noise. I brought it to the notice of the person in charge at the showroom. But guess what he told me that you are not insured by us for this car(because I refused to take their 3 months warranty). Seriously? I mean I didn't take the car out of the showroom yet and they are already telling me that sir we gave you a car with some issue and we will not look into it. I made the person in-charge to sign a letter indicating this condition and in case if the problem persist after few days as well then they will be fixing it. But who knows I am emailed them and waiting for their response as the problem still persist. I say a big NOOOOOOO from my side to go 35 kms off the main city to their showroom. Just zoom in the below pictures to see how much mud I brought along with me when I bought the car from them.

I had an appointment, confirmed it with them prior of going, to find out that the car was sold a few days before. Their customer service is not what you would expect from a used car dealership.

I had a challenging experience with a dealership while inquiring about a vehicle. After a FaceTime call where I liked the car, I requested a Carfax report. The report, updated on August 8, 2024, showed a lien on the vehicle and i was interacting with them on 16th August 2024. Despite this, I was asked to trust them that there would be no lien. I requested official confirmation via email, which was sent to a Hotmail address used by the dealership representative. Given that the communication was through a personal Hotmail account, I asked them to use an official dealership email address for the confirmation. I also requested details regarding the handover of tires and servicing of the car. Unfortunately, I did not receive any responses to my follow-up emails or SMS messages. This lack of communication has left me dissatisfied with the service. Based on my experience, I encourage potential customers to ensure all details are clarified and confirmed through official email channels before proceeding with any transactions.

The shopping experience was ok, as with any other used car sale they used high pressure tactics and really push the advance warrantee. I recommend you get the car inspected my an independent mechanics, particularly is you’re buying out of province as the car we bought that “passes” their inspection failed the Ontario safety. Although their mechanics said they were very familiar with the Ontario safety requirement, they were not. It ended up being a costly mistake for us.

Thank you, Francis, for the courteous service. I'll recommend you to my friends and family. My daughter loves her little red Fiat convertible.
