If possible I would have given something lower than this. Totally unsatisfied by their service. The sales person gives you promise and offer that they never fulfill. I didn't take their 3 months insurance which they were trying to bring down my throat forcefully. And guess what they gave me a car which:
1) was as dirty as it could get(Not at all cleaned)
2) Just after I did all the documentation of the car, I found that the AC belt was making a lot of noise. I brought it to the notice of the person in charge at the showroom. But guess what he told me that you are not insured by us for this car(because I refused to take their 3 months warranty). Seriously? I mean I didn't take the car out of the showroom yet and they are already telling me that sir we gave you a car with some issue and we will not look into it.
I made the person in-charge to sign a letter indicating this condition and in case if the problem persist after few days as well then they will be fixing it. But who knows I am emailed them and waiting for their response as the problem still persist.
I say a big NOOOOOOO from my side to go 35 kms off the main city
to their showroom.

I had an appointment, confirmed it with them prior of going, to find out that the car was sold a few days before. Their customer service is not what you would expect from a used car dealership.
I had really good experience in service with grenier automobile. Specially Thomas helped me to fix engine problem. He constantly connected to help me out and any confusion.
